Hopefully we have kept the system as simple as possible, but if you have any trouble with registering or uploading prices please feel free to ask.

Initially you will need to register giving a username and password – you will need these to view enquiries and to upload prices.  It is probably best to register someone who is always in the office to receive the notifications (an Estimator rather than a sales person) – please feel free to register more than one person if it is helpful.

Once you register, we receive an email to “accept” your registration.  At this point we may ask new suppliers to send us samples or a plant list along with more details about the company.  If we request this please post rather than emailing – we like to receive printed brochures rather than emails (we are in the print trade after all!).

Once accepted the registered email address will start to receive email notifications, with links to the enquiries, in the categories that they are registered in .  You can change the categories from within the site.  Occasionally we enter into more than one category – this will mean you may sometimes get 2 emails if you are registered in both categories.

When quoting, you may upload files directly on the site (Acrobat pdf, Word doc, rtf or jpg are acceptable to a maximum of 2MB file).  Alternatively you may email your quote or fax it.
