Costfinder - the online RFQ (Request for Quote) system for SR Print Management.  Costfinder is cleverly linked with the SR Print Management internal Management Information System to automatically upload our enquiries into the various categories available.  We have tried to make the categories work for all our suppliers various strengths, if you feel you cross-over any of the categories it would be best to register in both.  The Miscellaneous category will cover everything not covered by the others (Binders, Continuous, Mailing, labels on rolls, etc.).

SR Print Management uses this system to quickly gather several quotes for each enquiry to help us respond to our clients effectively and competitively.  This is NOT an auction site, and although price is important to us, the best price will not automatically win the work.  We do not expect everyone to respond to every quote – but those that benefit the most are usually those that get the prices back quickly and consistently, our experience shows that the more complex enquiries receive less feedback, this may be an opportunity to win work for those that make the effort – please just let us know if you require more time on the quote.

The enquiries you see will be a mixture of live jobs ready to place and initial enquiries from our clients.  Once the “respond by” date has passed the enquiry will disappear, any quotes coming in after the time specified risk not being considered.
