In quoting for our business we expect every supplier to meet the following criteria: -

Every supplier needs to meet the demands of our customers, which means that we have to achieve the right quality first time, everytime. To remain competitive we work to the principle that we have quality assurance and not quality control. We expect all our Suppliers to work to recognised quality procedures.
2. DELIVERY
We require true and accurate deliveries. Late delivery equals lost revenue. Orders are placed with delivery dates agreed - PLEASE MEET THEM.
3. AFTER SALES/ TECHNICAL SUPPORT
It is essential that we receive the best after sales/ technical support in relation to issues arising from the supply of your products.
We wish you every success in winning our business. We do not enter into communication with companies who have not been successful in a tender. Please register your interest..
